Our Values and Beliefs

Working conditions. Tchou Tchou Daycare and Kindergarten is particularly sensitive to the working conditions of its employees, who benefit from a working contract allocating them at least 5 weeks of paid holidays and a health insurance.

We also provide French lessons to those employees who feel the need for it. Some of our staff has been working with us since the school opened in 1991.

PSE (Pour un Sourire d’Enfant). The NGO PSE aims to provide a decent life to children coming from the largest dump in Cambodia through schooling, trainings, healthcare and housing. Since 2003, we have been collaborating with PSE by hosting their trainees in early childhood education.

Thanks to the support of the NGO ORPHO, since June 2009 Tchou Tchou hosts, three afternoons per week, groups of 20 children coming from the daycare centers neighboring the dump. Supervised by PSE, these children come to Tchou Tchou to play and participate in various activities.
